Their chirping can be heard at dawn and dusk. There is a convenient access down to the pond from the complex. A number of our units overlook the pond and have a view. Within easy walking distance is a small shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants.

Sunset Pond is within easy driving distance to Western Washington University, Whatcom Community College and Bellingham Technical College.
