We furnish cable, water, sewer, garbage, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small storage closets with most units.
All three complexes have indoor pools and saunas. The two larger complexes (Sunset Pond and Canterbury Court) have full-featured clubhouses with spa, exercise room and lounge/party room. At Habitat Northwest most of the apartments have fireplaces and the complex has a basketball court. There is reserved parking at all three of our communities, with the two larger ones (Sunset Pond and Canterbury Court) featuring covered parking.
Rental Agreement: Our rental agreement is for 9 months; cats are allowed with a non-refundable fee and deposit, ($300 for Habitat/$500 for Canterbury and Sunset). Dogs are not allowed.
Deposits and Fees: For Habitat Apartments the deposit and fees total $375, plus a
application fee of $35. If you fulfill our nine-month rental agreement, up to $175 is refundable. For Canterbury Court Apartments and Sunset Pond Apartments, the deposit and fees total $400, plus a
application fee of $35. If you fulfill our nine-month rental agreement, up to $200 of that amount is refundable.
Application Fees: We charge $35 per
adult/married couple for a credit, court and rental history
assessment.
Pets: For Habitat Apartments, the pet deposit and fee totals $375, with up to $175 refundable provided there is no pet-related damage.
For Canterbury Court and Sunset Pond Apartments, the pet deposit and fee totals $500 with up to $300 refundable provided there is no pet-related damage.
(If your credit is good, we are willing to let you pay the pet fee up front and the deposit in installments over your first three months.)
If contained properly and with prior permission, other small pets such as birds, fish, & rodents are allowed. Sorry, but we do not allow dogs -- even to visit
Furnished Apartments: We also offer furnished apartments for a minium of two months and as long as you want to stay. Our prices vary. Please contact us at

- All utilities (except phone)
- We provide Cable TV. (Each unit has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.)
- Couch, chair, lamps/tables and color TV. Dining set,
- Queen bed, one set of sheets (per bed) blanket, comforter or spread and two pillows. Dresser and lamp for bedroom.
- 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths.
- Set of dishes and silverware for 4. Assorted pots and pans, 2 kitchen.
